Lucia Borrelli (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Lucia has over 5 years of experience providing treatment to clients in a variety of healthcare settings. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions. Lucia is skilled in treating clients struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance use. She provides a therapeutic approach that is trauma-informed and incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems techniques, harm reduction, and mindfulness.

Lucia strives to create a space for you to reduce suffering, increase coping strategies, build self-compassion, and strengthen relationships. Lucia is passionate about supporting youth and adults, including individuals who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and is available evenings and weekends. When Lucia is not working, she enjoys staying active, cooking amazing meals, and playing board games with loved ones. Her favourite self-care practices include curling up with a book and at-home spa days.
